About This Role

You're not here to sell software. You're here to become a trusted advisor to business owners who are trying to figure out AI.

Every client is different. A logistics company needs different automation than a restaurant chain. A manufacturing plant has different workflows than a retail business. Your job is to understand their world deeply enough to propose solutions that actually work for them.

This isn't about demos and closing. It's about relationships, discovery, and designing transformation together. You'll meet SME owners for coffee, visit their operations, understand their pain points, and work with our technical team to scope solutions that create genuine impact.

After the sale, you stay involved. You're the bridge between the client and our delivery team, ensuring what we build matches what they actually need.

What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with SME owners across various industries
  • Conduct discovery meetings to deeply understand business workflows and pain points
  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can create genuine business impact
  • Collaborate with our technical team to scope custom solutions
  • Present proposals that translate technical solutions into business outcomes
  • Own client relationships from first meeting through successful delivery
  • Liaise between clients and delivery team to ensure workflow accuracy
  • Expand network through LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years in client-facing roles (sales, consulting, account management)
  • Strong listening and discovery skills - you ask great questions
  • Understanding of business operations and workflows
  • Ability to translate business problems into solution requirements
  • Based in Klang Valley with ability to meet clients in person
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - every deal is different
  • Relationship-builder, not just a closer

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships or network with SME owners
  • Experience in B2B consultative selling
  • Background in operations, process improvement, or technology
  • Familiarity with CRM, automation, or AI tools
  • Experience in F&B, retail, manufacturing, or logistics sectors
